Terms and Conditions
Binding effect and quick orientation
If something here does not work for you, the right response is to stop using the service. This text sits beside our privacy explanations, cookie information, product rules, and promotion conditions. Where different documents appear to point in different directions, the passage that most precisely applies to the situation will guide the outcome while mandatory consumer protections remain intact.
Regulatory ethos and supervisory landscape
OneRed is provided under Dutch law for games of chance and operates under the supervision of the national regulator for gambling. That public framework focuses on safety, prevention of harm, and a fair market that resists criminal misuse. Our policies, technical controls, and staff training are built to reflect those objectives. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.
Who can play and where
Use of OneRed is reserved for adults who meet the legal standard for gambling participation in the Netherlands and who act on their own behalf. The platform is for personal entertainment, not professional or organized play. You agree not to hide or distort your location or identity. The national exclusion register, widely known as CRUKS, may block play for people who should not be able to gamble. If that register lists your details, gambling features will be disabled and access will be limited to non-gambling information.
How the contract forms and changes
A binding agreement arises when you accept these Terms during sign-up, and it also continues when you use the service after we display a clear notice. Law and licence conditions evolve; we may amend this document to keep pace. Where a change is significant, you will see a notice in the service and, when the law requires, we will ask for your agreement before the update applies to you. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the platform and request closure through the account tools.
Account lifecycle and integrity
Everyone can only have one account. The account is for you only. You can’t share, sell, or trade access. We may ask for information that proves your identity, where you live, if you are fit to play, whether you own the payment methods, and whether the money came from a legal source during registration and thereafter.
Continuous verification and monitoring
Verification is not a one-time gate. Circumstances change. Risk signals appear. The rulebook evolves. For these reasons we may request documents or data again, and we may perform additional checks before releasing withdrawals, raising limits, or enabling specific features. If you decline reasonable requests for information, we may restrict the account or end the relationship. Records of checks are kept securely in line with legal retention duties.
Responsible play and duty of care
People should gamble for amusement only. OneRed must advise, use helpful technologies, and intervene if necessary. Deposit ceilings, loss and stake restrictions, time-outs, and session reminders help you manage your account. If we see risky tendencies, we may contact you, suggest adjustments, or set limits. The tools let you take breaks anytime you want. CRUKS’ stronger barrier applies to all licensed enterprises. We will refer you to independent support providers when needed.
Limits, affordability, and interventions
Dutch policy emphasises early safeguards. Default caps and affordability checks help ensure that play remains sustainable. Younger adults, as defined by law, benefit from stricter protection. When your activity approaches internal guardrails, we may ask for context about your situation, request supporting information, or suggest lower limits.
Payments, deposits, and withdrawals
Deposits can be made only through methods presented in your account and held in your name. Ownership of a payment instrument may be checked at any time. Withdrawals are routed through an appropriate method once identity, security, and source-of-funds steps are complete. OneRed does not operate as a bank and does not grant interest on balances. If a payment is reversed without a valid basis, we may deduct the amount, pause features while we investigate, and pursue recovery of any related losses.
Anti-money-laundering and sanctions
We follow the Dutch framework for anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing and comply with applicable sanctions rules. Transactions are monitored for unusual activity. When legal thresholds are met, additional questions may be asked and reports may be filed with the competent authority. In some situations we are not permitted to inform you that a report has been made. Staff receive regular training, and oversight processes are reviewed to keep them effective.
Product rules and technical fairness
Games on OneRed rely on certified random number generators and approved live systems. Independent testing, change control, and security reviews are embedded in our technical environment. When a round is interrupted by an outage, a network issue, or another event outside your control, settlement follows the rules for that game. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, we may void the round and restore the stake or apply an equivalent remedy described in the house rules. Planned maintenance is sometimes required. We try to schedule it during quieter periods and we display clear notices when practical.
Live experiences, etiquette, and moderation
Live tables and interactive shows invite conversation and quick decisions. Courtesy is mandatory. Harassment, discriminatory remarks, threats, and attempts to manipulate presenters or other players are not allowed. We may mute chat, limit access to live areas, or exclude accounts that undermine a safe environment. If a broadcast is disrupted or a human error occurs, the resolution process set out in the product rules will be applied consistently for all participants.
Tournaments, challenges, and events
From time to time OneRed may host competitions that rank participants using criteria explained in a notice shown with the event. The notice covers eligibility, scoring, tie resolution, and award formats, which may include cashable funds, bonus value, free play, or entries to later events. Collusion, manipulation, and other attempts to exploit tournament logic are prohibited. We may correct obvious errors, adjust standings to reflect fair play, or disqualify participants who break the rules.
Progressive prizes and pooled mechanics
Some titles include pooled prize features that accumulate through play. Eligibility, contribution logic, and payout steps appear in the information panel of each participating title. If a pooled feature is retired or replaced, contributions that are not yet committed to an outcome will be handled in line with supplier terms and regulatory expectations. When a pooled prize triggers, the event is recorded in the audit trail and resolved according to the rules for that mechanism.
Promotions, rewards, and opt-in design
Promotions are optional and require a clear opt-in step such as pressing a button or applying a code inside the product. Before you participate, a short summary highlights key conditions, and a link opens the full terms. Topics include contribution rates by game type, limits on bets placed with promotional currency, expiry logic, and product exclusions. If we detect activity that suggests abuse — multi-accounting, chip-dumping, circular transfers, or similar behaviour — we may remove a bonus, adjust balances for fairness, restrict access to future offers, or close the account where necessary.
Marketing standards and partner conduct
Using role models, sports associations, endorsements, and creative content is in line with national guidelines and advice. Partners and affiliates must obey platform rules that say no to false claims, hard-sell methods, and any message that says gambling is a way to solve money difficulties. We check our partners and end partnerships with those that don’t fulfill our standards. You can alter how you want to market your business at any moment in your account. You may still get important service alerts to let you know about upgrades to security and policies.
Accessibility and inclusive design
We want a platform that a lot of different individuals can use. When designing interfaces, it’s important to make sure that the text is easy to read, there is enough contrast to make things easy to see, and that assistive technology are supported in core flows when they can be. We support inclusive approaches and prefer vendors who put money into making their products easy to use when a game supplier supplies its own presentation layer. Your comments help us figure out what’s working and what needs to be fixed.
Security posture and your part in it
Security works best when everyone participates. OneRed ensures strong credential validation, device checks, and session controls. You may need more verification to withdraw money or change payment methods. Don’t share logins, update devices, and log out. Use the product’s tools to notify us if you think someone has accessed your account without your permission so we can respond quickly. We may lock the account while we verify ownership and let you back in after several valid checks.
Intellectual property and permitted use
All software, artwork, text, audio, video, and brand elements on the platform are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by OneRed or by licensors. We grant a personal, limited, revocable licence to use the services for entertainment in line with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer beyond the scope allowed by mandatory law, resell, redistribute, frame, or scrape the service. If you submit chat messages or other user content, you grant a limited licence that allows us to store, display, and moderate that material for the operation and safety of the platform.
Third-party services and links
Some parts of the platform rely on external suppliers, including game studios and payment providers. Links may lead to resources that we do not control. Visiting those resources is your choice. Review the terms and privacy notices of third-party sites before use. If a partner service becomes unavailable, the connected feature may pause, change, or be retired. Our responsibility remains within the limits set by law and by these Terms.
Maintenance, continuity, and resilience
We invest in monitoring, layered defences, and recovery planning. Even so, incidents can happen. When maintenance is planned, we aim to carry it out during quieter windows and to display a clear note in advance. If an outage occurs, we work to restore service promptly and we apply fair steps to resolve any affected game rounds. Status information is posted inside the service when practical so you can understand what is happening.
Evidence, records, and authoritative logs
Server records provide the official account of gameplay, transactions, account changes, and service communications. These data help to resolve disputes, demonstrate compliance, and support audits by authorities and independent assessors. If a difference appears between what a device shows and what the server records show, the server view will ordinarily prevail unless a clear error is demonstrated. Logs are preserved with integrity controls and access is limited to authorised staff.
Privacy, data rights, and transparency
Under European privacy laws and Dutch implementation guidelines, OneRed is in charge. We use your personal information to run the service, meet our contractual obligations, follow the law (including anti-money-laundering and sanctions), keep things safe and secure, and, when possible, customize parts of your experience. The privacy policy talks about the types of data, the legal reasons for collecting it, how long it will be kept, who will get it and process it, how to protect it when it is sent abroad, and your rights. Some of such rights are access, correction, deletion, limitation, portability, and objection. You can use tools in your account to exercise them. If you think your rights have been violated, you can also file a complaint with the national data protection authorities. We use privacy by design, limit data acquisition, and depend on encryption, role-based access, and audit logging.
Cookies and comparable technologies
To keep sessions secure, remember choices, prevent fraud, and measure performance, the platform uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. On your first visit and at intervals, a consent interface appears so you can manage non-essential categories. Your browser also offers controls. Essential technologies remain active because they support core functions such as login and safety.
Community standards and content moderation
Where chat or community features are available, you are responsible for what you post. Do not share unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or threatening material. We may remove content, mute channels, limit features, or close accounts that repeatedly breach standards. These actions keep the space respectful and align the service with legal and licensing duties.
Personal controls and calm play
Within your account you can enable reminders, set tighter limits than the defaults, and schedule breaks that help you keep perspective. If play begins to feel pressured, step away and consider independent support. Gambling is an activity of chance. It should not be treated as a plan for financial change.
Experiments and staged features
New features sometimes appear in an experimental or staged form. Early versions may change or be withdrawn if they do not meet goals for safety, quality, or compliance. Customer feedback influences what becomes permanent. Throughout experiments, the same fairness and integrity standards apply as in the rest of the platform.
Inactive accounts and dormancy
If you do not sign in or place bets for a meaningful span, the account may be treated as inactive. We will try to alert you through service notices before any change in status. Where feasible, withdrawable funds are returned to a verified payment method. When contact cannot be re-established, balances are safeguarded under Dutch requirements. Any administrative step associated with dormancy remains proportionate and is explained in the account area.
Suspension, exclusion, and closure
You can request a cool-off, a longer self-exclusion, or stricter limits at any time. Registration in the national exclusion register places a strong barrier across licensed operators. We may suspend or close an account to protect a customer, follow directions from supervisory bodies, observe sanctions rules, or investigate suspected breaches. When an account is closed, a withdrawable balance is released after necessary checks, except where law requires a hold, recovery, or report. Re-activation after self-exclusion follows the process in the responsible-gambling rules.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, you can file a complaint using the tools inside your account. We acknowledge issues, investigate facts, and reply with a reasoned outcome. If you remain dissatisfied after our final position, you may seek independent advice or bring the matter before the competent Dutch courts. The national gambling authority supervises the market and compliance but usually does not decide private contractual disputes. We cooperate with lawful inquiries and implement binding directions.
Liability and risk
Gambling carries risk and losses can happen. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or perfect software. To the extent Dutch law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage such as loss of chance, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or for personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights remain.
Force majeure
Events outside reasonable control can affect availability, such as failures of infrastructure, hostile digital attacks, labour disputes, or natural phenomena. When such events occur, obligations are paused to the extent performance is prevented and resume when the obstacle passes. We act fairly, secure systems, and restore services as soon as reasonably possible.
Assignment and structural change
OneRed may transfer rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity in connection with a reorganisation or a change in service providers, provided statutory protections remain intact and continuity is maintained. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without prior consent obtained through the mechanisms available in the service.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the extent the law permits, and the rest of the document continues. A delay or failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. Any waiver granted for a particular situation does not create a rule for future circumstances.
Entire agreement and interpretation
These Terms, together with policies and rules referenced in the service, form the entire agreement between you and the operator of OneRed concerning access to and use of the platform. Headings exist for convenience and do not alter meaning. Words in the singular include the plural where context allows, and references to persons include legal entities when appropriate. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
Governing law and forum
Dutch law governs these Terms and any non-contractual obligations connected to them. Unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise, disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. The parties may, if they wish, attempt mediation or another consensual method before litigation, but neither side is required to take that path unless a specific program rule states otherwise.
Language and authoritative version
This text is provided in English to reach a broad audience. If a translated version is published and a difference appears, the version marked as authoritative in the legal notice inside the service will prevail.
Closing note
OneRed exists to provide entertainment in a protected environment. Read these Terms with care. Use the available tools to keep play balanced. Take breaks whenever they help. If a rule or feature feels unclear, in-service explanations can guide you, and you can always step back.
